This privacy policy (the "Policy") applies to shizukidiscord.com website and the Shizuki Discord bot(the "Services" or "Service"). The Shizuki Discord Bot ("Shizuki") is an application that can be added and used in a Discord server.

3. The Collection and Usage of Data

• User IDs
• Server IDs
• Channel IDs
• Message IDs
• Message Content (Only if message sniping is enabled)
• Server Configuration(Generated server settings data)
• User profile information (Generated user data)

3.2. Data Usage

In order for our Services to operate properly, we need the data stated above.

Please note that your User ID will only be stored when you use the /register command on Discord which will then generate a profile for your Discord account.

Also note that server IDs and server configuration data are collected and generated when the /setup command is used.

In order to use our message sniping feature, deleted & edited message content including attachments are cached on the bot instance. This data is reset when Shizuki restarts.

We do NOT by any means sell any data collected and have no intentions on doing so.

4. Protection of Data

The security of your Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Retention of Data

We will retain your Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. If you are inactive for more than 6 months, we may delete any data associated with you and your Discord account.

6. Deletion of Data

You have the right to request that Ztech delete any of your Data that we collected from you and/or retained. You may request your data to be deleted via our Support Server or email.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site.
